Hello ladies and gentlemen, I fear I have been neglecting my art. Why, do you ask? Well, the usual, too much school and too much work would cover it nicely, but there's something else as well. Lately, I've been happy. And by lately, I mean for almost the entirety of the last six months, I've been walking in the clouds. It's probably for the best, but it has certainly hurt my poetry writing because as a rational young lady who hates complaining, I tend to use poetry as a release from any negative emotions or experiences. Well, let me tell you, this has all changed with the advent of the boyfriend. I know, I have other things to write about, but being lucky enough to have found someone this wonderful... I mean, when I'm worried, sad, scared, frustrated, I can just turn to him, and knowing he's there fixes everything, or at least makes it palettable.

I'm not saying I've quit writing entirely, and I keep meaning to pick up where I left off, or find some spare time to type up the poems I have kicking around the house, but I just haven't had the time to get around to it... I hope you all forgive me, if you're still around, and I hope you will still enjoy my work just as much when I get back to it.



On the news-front, I'm two exams away from the end of my semester, so that means my summer will begin shortly, along with the job-hunt. Whoopee.

Man, I'm driving myself around the bend! School is back in session, and so is writing, as everything really compacts itself in the first few months of school. If you're bored, you can check out my newest random rant, which I posted in scraps...

I hope all of you are doing well (and still kicking it in all of your artistic ventures). I hope to be on here more often, and lord knows I already have a backup of poems, ready to be typed up, resulting from these first few weeks of school.

Sorry I haven't been on in so long, guys... I missed you all very much!!

It seems I've been overworking myself, and I've barely had the time to write, let alone get on the internet and post it... I'll try (in the coming weeks) to get back into the habit, AND start looking at all of your work again, but as of now, I make no promises *sigh* I never thought I'd say this, but I can't wait to get back to school

I'm finally almost settled in my summer place!! It took long enough, I know, but what can I do? I've gotten really far behind in checking everyone's new work, so please don't feel neglected, I still love all of you, and your wonderfull work.

Yes, that's right, I'm still alive and writing! And for that matter, DONE SCHOOL FOR THE YEAR! *cough* So this means I'll have more time to write when the inspiration hits me, and therefore I'll have more things to post here
So yeah, I'm moving out of res into an apartment, and packing has brought on a whole load of emotions.... More to come on this
